Ad Hoc Landscape Labourer – Subcontractor
Location: Bass Coast & South Gippsland, VIC
Bass Coast Landscapes and Excavations is a small, family-operated business based in Inverloch delivering quality landscape construction and precision excavation across Bass Coast and South Gippsland. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, friendly approach, and high-quality finishes.
We are currently seeking subcontract labourers to join our team on an ad hoc basis to assist with various landscape and excavation projects.
What we’re looking for:
Set up with your own ABN and insurance
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work on a project-by-project basis
Physically capable of performing outdoor manual work
Able to drive to job locations, which vary across Bass Coast and South Gippsland
Basic knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and hand tools (bonus if you have your own tools)
Duties will include:
Assisting in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, edging, paving, turfing, and irrigation
Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment (training provided if required)
Following safety guidelines to ensure a safe worksite for everyone
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work in the landscaping industry.
This is not a full-time position – we are seeking subcontractors for ad hoc project work.
